Breakfast in Colours' Chalet in a real experience!

There is every day bread cooked by Konstantina and also small breads with grapes, cinnamon, mastiha or stuffed with olives, nuts and feta (Greek white cheese).

We continue with cheese pies, omelets, hum-sausages and we finish with "bougatsa" (sweet Greek pie) and "halva" cooked in the oven.

Breakfast buffet always includes honey made by orange, handmade jams such as peach, strawberry, kiwi, plum and apricot!!! Sheep butter is a very strong and forgotten taste from our childhood, do not miss it.

Apples and plums boiled in brandy come first for our guest's choice and it is served with yogurt. The eggs are always fresh and available only if the chickens produce. In winter orange juice is fresh.

A really different experience is what we treat in the sitting room.

Konstantina is organizing nights where she serves handmade sweets such as grapes with sesame, kiwi, eggplant, cherry which are perfectly suit with fruit. In winter soups, cheeses and other taste surprises, fulfill the all ready hot atmosphere drinking local semisweet wine.

Liqueur for every hour, morning welcoming, afternoon, reading a newspaper or at night playing solitaire games. There is variety of tastes, orange, theme, apple, strawberry, cherry and lemon. They are also made by Konstantina and they are 2 or three years old.

The chalet's wines propose a tour to taste! We produce a small quantity of red dry wine, demi-sec red and demi-sec white wine, reserved only for our clients. We offer the wine... you are welcome to enjoy and get in good mood. And to keep you in suspense, we will let you know about the rumoured side effects of the demi-sec, when we serve you...

In the sitting room there are always cookies, tea and coffee to be served reading a book or looking at the view.

If you are still hungry do not lose your courage, you may ask for food or if it's winter prefer hot beans soup with yogurt and fried olives or if it's summer fresh vegetable from the field of Miss Sophie, you will be really surprised since everything, eggplants, tomatoes or cucumbers taste exactly as they are and not something unknown!!!
